Welcome to My Art Class, a place to nurture your inner creativity where we guide you to unleash your imagination.
My Art Class conducts structured learning programs focused on children's needs with a wide variety of combinations to suit every child.
You have an option to choose a project, based on your interest and capabilities. Skills are regularly monitored and guided to the next level of the program and aligned with our carefully designed curriculum.
Our themes are inspired by the Four Seasons. Our programs start as early as 2.5 years to adults.

Shri is a passionate artist and has been creating artworks for the past 25 years. She has worked with various mediums such as clay, glass, metal, acrylic, oil, water paints etc. over the years. She has also commissioned large pieces of work for clients.
She is widely experienced in the Montessori method of teaching and has been fortunate to have spent time teaching and moulding young children for several years.
She has combined her passion for teaching and art, to create My Art Class. Helping kids and adults achieve immense joy through art and to unleash their creative mind.
Each program is broadly based on seasons, important events and celebrations. Within each season we incorporate the skills required for every program. Each year group will be closely observed and will be encouraged according to the challenges they can take on. We keep in mind that art is a form of enjoyment and children should be self motivated to attend the classes and create wonderful pieces of art, something that they are proud of and which speaks their mind.
Our aim is to provide different avenues to exhibit the work of our young artists throughout the year.
In our complex world surrounded by social media we often find ourselves lonely and secluded. Either we are forced to be loud and bold or we choose to be quiet and immerse ourselves into our phones. But quiet minds have louder voices, sometimes art helps to express these louder voices and it comes out as one of the most unique and expressive pieces of art.
The world around us is very beautiful but I often find people not looking around themselves and too caught up in social media. Encouraging young minds to be more observant will create a sense of curiosity in them and this can help open up their minds and think out of the box. Art is an expression and I want to encourage everyone to express their mind in whichever form they choose. My aim to help guide young minds and find their unique beat in the music called Life.

Art and craft based program, with step by step guidance. Helping little minds to open up to explore nature and inculcate observation skills. An introduction to art at an early age helps children to convey their ideas, express their emotions freely and encourages confident use of colors. In this interactive class, children will be introduced to various types of art material, promoting sensory development.
Schedule: Once a week, 1 hour per session
Fees: $25 per class, Material cost $25 per term, One time registration fee $100
This is an introductory class, with mixed mediums, projects focusing on developing basic drawing skills, painting techniques and communicating their art. This level helps to gradually build up their confidence and retaining their focus on their task.

Every class begins with drawing and sketching and then moves on to a project. Children will be encouraged to observe things around them and we help to articulate their observations to create their art. The course is carefully made as per the individual child's needs and phase keeping in line with the seasons and holidays to make learning more fun.

Depending on the students capabilities they will be guided to select projects and provide them with the required foundation skills. They will be encouraged to work on different mediums and challenge them to take up tasks which are unique and encourage creativity. Before selecting a project, there will be a brain storming session on the various aspects and at the end of the session they will be encouraged to discuss with the class on what their feelings were when they set out and were they able to achieve it and their experience.

This is an exciting, fun and challenging course. You choose your project and we will guide them and provide them with all the help they need. Drawing from imagination, observational drawing, color skills, brush techniques, watercolors, acrylic, poster colors, oil pastels, charcoal, mixed medium etc. Programs are personalized based on their capabilities. This course is open to anyone 14 years and above.
Schedule: Once a week, 2 hours per session
Fees: $40 per class, One time registration cost $100, Material Cost (depending on the projects)
This workshop is for those of you who can't commit time every week. Indulge yourself in a unique art workshop with various mixed media at your disposal. Pick and choose your medium and come and explore your creative side, in return leaving you with a sense of accomplishment and satisfaction. Art is a form of therapy, a getaway to express your inner emotions in a fun and engaging way. Watch out for this space. It is conducted only once a month. Guaranteeing you a fun and rewarding experience.
Duration: 4 hours
Ages: 5 yrs to adults
Fees: $50 per class flat fee
What better way to keep children motivated excited and calm during the summer than art! You have many different projects to choose from, depending on your interest.
A package of 3 projects which will be completed in 6 sessions. Each project will be modified and adjusted based on the age and capabilities. We can customize a package based on your interest.
Projects include: Creative Card/Bookmark Making, Textured Art, Mirror Mosaic on Canvas, Drawing and Painting, Mixed Media Painting, Meditative Doodling, Acrylic Pour Paint, Charcoal Painting, Tie and Dye, Lippan Art with Mirror, Mandala dot art
Fees: $280 for 6 sessions of 2 hours each
